An Aurora native, JT graduated from Aurora High School in 2013 and has always been passionate about serving his community. As CEO of Blue Water Restoration, JT combines his love for business and helping others to provide trusted restoration and renovation services across the region. In addition to leading Blue Water, he serves as a Registered Nurse at Grand Island Regional Medical Center, working in both the surgery and emergency departments. Outside of work, JT enjoys spending time outdoors and making memories with family and friends.

As COO, Maverick oversees our field team, making sure every crew member has the tools, support, and direction they need to excel. With a strong background in both framing and finish carpentry, Maverick brings a sharp eye for detail and a commitment to excellence in every project. He thrives on problem-solving and troubleshooting, always keeping the end result in mind while finding creative solutions along the way. When he’s not leading in the field, Maverick enjoys life on his acreage outside of Aurora, where he and his family tend to a growing homestead filled with gardens, plants, and animals.

Monica is the friendly voice and smiling face behind Blue Water Restoration. As our Office Manager, she ensures every customer feels supported from the first call through the entire restoration process—whether that means answering questions, assisting with insurance, or managing the paperwork that keeps projects moving smoothly. With a strong background in customer relations and office administration, she combines professionalism with genuine care for people. She is currently completing her Accounting and Business Administration degree at Central Community College in Grand Island. Dedicated and personable, Monica is passionate about growing Blue Water Restoration by building lasting relationships with our customers.

Tyler Jeffres serves as Master Plumber, bringing a strong foundation of real-world experience and problem-solving expertise to every project. After spending seven years working as a journeyman plumber in Hastings, Tyler has developed a versatile skill set across both residential and commercial plumbing systems. He’s known for his ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues efficiently, and he genuinely enjoys working directly with customers to find the right solutions. When not at work, Tyler stays busy enjoying the outdoors, caring for his variety of animals, and spending quality time with his wife and seven kids.

Edward is our Project Manager specializing in exterior contracting to include siding, roofing, framing, gutters, soffit, and fascia. He also oversees some interior work such as insulation, drywall and painting. With extensive hands-on experience and a strong eye for quality, he ensures every exterior project is completed efficiently and built to last. Edward takes pride in leading his crews with professionalism and precision, making sure each job meets Blue Water Restoration’s high standards for craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.

As our Warehouse Manager, Hunter keeps operations running smoothly behind the scenes. He’s responsible for maintaining inventory, organizing equipment, and ensuring our warehouse stays efficient and well-stocked. In addition to managing logistics, Hunter also assists walk-in customers—providing retail sales of building materials and products directly to contractors and homeowners. With a strong work ethic and attention to detail, Hunter plays a key role in keeping both our team and our customers equipped for success.
